One benefit to performing alignments on all these cool cars is the opportunity to see a variety of angle kits up-close. Recently, I completed an alignment on a 350Z with a PBM kit, and this time we’ve got Gilbert’s RX-7 equipped with the angle kit by Villains.

This was my first time seeing an angle kit that consists of a lower control arm extension, with one plate bolted to another plate to connect the lower control arm to the knuckle.

Hopefully, I’ll get to see more rotary cars, though there probably aren’t a whole lot of them on the road anymore. But this one is special — the owner actually gets down with this car instead of letting it sit semi-permanently, only to see the light of day for Seven Stock (if that even still exists.)
